Your data is neither sold nor transferred. Messages and meetings are only accessed by Ludovic Browaeys. The providers below only access the data to deliver their service.
Cookies
No cookie is placed while you browse the website. Only a click on “A question?” loads the HubSpot chat, which then places only the technical cookies needed for the conversation, with no tracking. No consent is therefore required. The meeting booking page, hosted by HubSpot, is governed by its own privacy policy.
Providers
Vercel Inc. (hosting and audience measurement) and HubSpot, Inc. (chat and meetings) are based in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which governs these transfers.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its use, object to its use or ask for its portability. Write to contact@ipanext.com. You will receive a reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
